Create a New User in SchoolSite
If you have the permission to "Manage Users" in your School Site Admin, you can create new users, and allocate them the correct permissions to be able to access/ modify website content.
When you first log in to SchoolSite, scroll down to SYSTEM > ADMIN USERS > CREATE NEW USER. Always check they have not got an existing account first.
You can set them up a general password and email this to them requesting they change it upon initial login.
Select the permissions you want your staff members to have.
Note: Don't tick ALL boxes thinking they will give all permissions, as some will over ride allow for READ ONLY see below example:
Always Click "Update Account: at the bottom.
