See the easy steps below to creating your forms.

Site Extras > Donation Forms
Click on "new Form" to create a form:

Donations > Create New Donation Form

Under Manage Forms, the "funds" are the categories such as COVID Fundraiser etc, and the "donations" takes you to the list of people who have donated and details. Under the Donations page, you can then export via CSV all donations, which will have all required details in a spreadsheet for your accounting purposes.

When you go into "view" each donation, you can mark as paid or pending, and see payment date/ type and time of transaction.
Under 'Manage donation forms" and "Edit" you can then preview the live form to see what it looks like:

You will see when viewing the preview, it will show you are still logged in to the admin. The preview will open in a new tab.
