Moderation and At Risk Data- How to check it is current
If you don't think the correct, most up to date data is coming through to SchoolPoint from KAMAR for the moderation or At Risk Tools, please do the following checks.
Under the MODERATION module, if you have the correct permissions, you will see a "Standard Lookup-tool" (otherwise see your administrator)
If there is no current data for the students that you expect there should be, click the HELP button and follow the instructions carefully and thoroughly to ensure the Assessment data from KAMAR is all pushed through in full.
This could take between 15 minutes and some hours, depending on the loads and queues on the servers at the time.
