Quick Tip: How Submissions Get Named

SchoolBridge Forms gives you the flexibility to set the naming conventions for submissions so they fit how you want to work.

Every submission needs a name by which it is referenced by, both within SchoolBridge and by your team.

SchoolBridge gives you two options to define how submissions get named, so that they fit in with how you think about your workflow.

The first option allows the submitter to name the submission, based on a prompt that you give them. This is good for things like EOTC workflows

The second option allows you to name the submission to a pre-set naming convention based on a set of dynamic variables

By using these two methods you will be able to conform the submissions to a naming convention that you prefer, and will make it easier to find a specific submission in the archive at a later date.
