As a staff member, the SchoolBridge request system allows you to make Education Outside of the Classroom (EOTC) requests, personal leave requests, professional learning day requests (PLD), as well as any other types of request your school may use.

Requests are also related to Permission Slips that get sent to Caregivers for approval. To read more about Permission Slips Click Here_

Log in to SchoolBridge: https://yourschoolswebsite/kb
Navigate to "Requests" on the left hand side navigation bar
Make sure you are in the "Choose a Request Type to Submit" tab

This will display the following Tabs:

Choose a Request Type to Submit Tab
In this section you will be able to view all the types of Requests that your school has created. 

My Requests Tab
In this section you will be able to view all the requests that you have submitted / which are pending/ which have been approved / declined. You can also preview your request and see how far the approval process is / if there are any comments 

Pending Approval Tab In this section you will be able to view all your Requests that are pending approval. You can also preview your request and see how far the approval process is / if there are any comments.

Archived Requests Tab In this section you will be able to view all your previous Requests that you have submitted.

**How to submit a Request**

Log in to SchoolBridge: https://yourschoolswebsite/kb
Navigate to "Requests" on the left hand side navigation bar
Make sure you are in the "Choose a Request Type to Submit" tab
Click on the "Request" button for your specific Request Type.
Complete the fields and click "Save".
Make any changes that you would like to make to your request before clicking "Submit Request for Approval". NOTE: Once your request has been submitted, it can't be edited.
Your Request has been sent through to the selected Staff member to approve.
You can view all your Requests in the "My Requests" tab
