No Keyboard When Submitting an Absence Report

Due to a rare hardware incompatibility, some caregivers may experience an issue where the on-screen keyboard does not appear, preventing them from submitting an absence report.

There is a workaround that allows the users to circumvent this issue:

Tap on the ‘Help’ option top left
A window will appear confirming the 'No Keyboard’ issue.
Tap the ‘Continue’ option and window will appear allowing the absence to be submitted.
