Pre-enrols: All about them
Your pre-enrols are loaded into the pre-enrol section of your Student Management System's database (KAMAR/ Musac/ Wonde/ Synergetic etc).
You need to move these to the MAIN database of the student management system in order for these to sync through to SchoolPoint and/ or SchoolBridge. The start date will need to be for the following year.
It takes around 15 minutes for them to sync through to SchoolPoint from the main database.
Caregivers can then log straight in on behalf of their students for things like parent teacher interviews/ Course selection etc. You can bulk email caregivers then with log in instructions. Follow or send them these instructions HERE as a guide if you wish.
Once students have started officially at school, your School IT person will create a log in with Microsoft/ Google for your new students and then once this is divine they will be able to log in themselves from then on.
